CAPS 

A sextually transmitted disease; play the sexually transmitted disease, Crabs.
Generally results in using all caps after recieving a "sext", thumb cramps, misspelling of words, lulz syndrome.

Person 1: "I was sexting this girl last night, and I think she gave me CAPS."
Person 2: "Why?"
Person 1: "My thumbs are sore."
