Elmira really isn't that bad, ooobvy you havent looked that close. im not gonna lie, it has the prison, and jail. whoooa!? righhht. (: But its not like that affects us? Have you ever been up on any of the hills? Its BEAUTIFUL. as is west elmira any many of the other nieghborhoods. We have many great people who came from here, and who are growing up here. they dont have to be famous. Elmira used to be much better than it is now, but you have to make it what you want to be. I personally love it and so do many of my friends. We have secret places we have found, and there are many things to do between the pine city area allll the way through elmira up to the corning/horseheads area all within a half hour drive. Come visit. ;)
