Term. especially used by weird Russian/Georgian homies, under the influence of weed and/or alcolhol, to express how desperatly he is in need of a good fuck in the ass.
Also used when any other conversation subject won't do.

"...so I was walking down the street, and suddenly this guy showed up and stuck his B.B.C right up my ass, dude!"
