Mindfullemptiness

Used to describe how in a perfect first world situation, with every problem solved in life and nothing to focus on but a few minor responsabilities, a person can still achieve the lazyness and emptyness as somebody deep in the worst of depressions.

Life is never as it seems, my friend's living looks wonderful but irl he is pure mindfullemptiness.
