Whenever you eat some dessert and some minty gum at the same time and it tastes very minty.

When your tongue hits your teeth and makes a sound (teeee) then you laugh while saying heeeee. Thus tee-hee is born.

I was hanging with my friend and he made a hilarious joke, so I tee-hee'd all over the place.
