Ai Fatigue

Ai Fatigue is when a person is primarily using Ai to complete tasks and is too overwhelmed by the volume of messages and information generated and they need to keep up with to be able to understand the thing they are making / trying to achieve and eventually become so fatigued that they start subconciously handing the information burden to ai and start removing them selves from the understanding of what is being outputted by the ai .

ive been trying to vibe code this app all day and there was a bug ai couldnt fix so i had to look at it and i didnt even understand anything that was in the app man and i didnt even know what to prompt to the ai anymore i am so ai fatigued i just wanna laydown and watch some reels
