having a weakness that you know makes your life miserable but you still do it because you have zero self-discipline.
however, it can always be argued that you just don't know better because you're like your own little special needs brother

dude: "i cheated on my girlfriend last night with that hot blonde. if she finds out she'll be bitchin' all week."
other dude: "just blame it on your own special needs brother."
