Noun: A highest form of insult or profanity. Calling someone redstate is equivalent to their being a fucking asshole, or intentionally ignorant of widely available facts. A redstate individual is often racist, sexist, and acts with blatant disregard for others' freedom of choice / liberties / rights.

'Quit being such a racist redstate.'
