A golden rule when you live on a small-ish island and want to hook up with somebody. Is the person leaving the next morning by ferry? Go for it. Did they just arrive and will stay for two more weeks? Run.

The mix of the words hot and asshole. Refers to a person who is a total asshole but also very hot, so they get away with it. Mainly aimed at men.

The new guy is super rude, but also super hot. A typical hothole.
