An adjective to describe how good or awesome something is.

Also can be used on it's own as a statement such as "cool" , "excellent!" or "okay"

Orginating from the word "knackered", kankered refers to that tired, exhausted feeling particularly after a night out.

"Ergh, I'm feeling absolutely kankered from last night!"

"Okay, i'm out, i'm completely kaaankered from that gig"
