Wasteware 

Software that, although performing a useful task and being worth installing, contains additional software (eg, browser toolbars, trial software) that is almost totally useless. This software can usually be easily uninstalled, leaving the main program intact and functioning.

"Hey man, have you tried Skype? It's pretty good, but it comes with a bit of wasteware: it installs an extension in your browser that just gets in the way."
