is one who does what another tells he/she to do (usually sexual-like) for gum (chewing or bubble, any flavor)

one who engages in sexual actions in return for repayment in the form of gum

He bought some more Hubba Bubba to pay the gumstitute in payment for flirting and possibly sex.
