BDTB - Bad Day To Bottom

When a person is sick, has irritable bowel syndrome, mud butt, or just has pudding flowing from their anus they dub the day "Bad Day To Bottom" (BDTB/BD2B) as a warning of caution.

Mostly related to gays in the Alphabet Mafia.

Gay 1: Man, I'm feeling sick
Gay 2: BDTB?

Gay 1: Mud slides all day, very bdtb
Gay 2: That's okay, we have towels and extra sheets.
