Mindmate 

For instances between friends when you find someone whose brain works so similar to yours that it is as if you share a brain.

Symptoms include:

Speaking in unison without intention.
Thinking of the same thing at the same time.
Telepathic communication.

Two people are walking down the side of the road when they pass Julia Roberts.
