Confuzzled is a word used to describe pure confusion. It is mostly used by the female sex as it sounds cute and makes them seem a bit dumb yet sexy. Confuzzled is used in flash animator David Firth's cartoon "10 Different Types of Soup." (www.fat-pie.com)
