Pagina Cousins 

When a girl and a guy have sex with the the same person that the previous one had sex with.

Example 1:
Girl: Me and John are Pagina Cousins, since we had sex with the same person.

Example 2:
Boy: Me and Jill are Pagina Cousins, since we had sex with the same person.
