An extension of the Chinese word "Ni Hao". Used very commonly in the United Kingdom.

Guy 1: "Oh hey bro."

Guy 2: "Oh hey man."

Guy 1: "How you doing?"

Guy 2: "Akneehow."
Guy 1: “Do you have Tourettes?”
Guy 2: “Yes.”
Guy 1: “Okay bye.”
