Schoop 

When you take the head of your penis and push it into your shaft. To achieve a full schoop, you must completely surround the head.

It is also the sound that is made while schooping.

Ex 1: I schooped for five hours straight last night.

Ex 2: I wonder what would happen if I stuch the head into the shaft. *schoop schoop*
