Peter

Peter , Most of the time a short stubby child who is very overactive but he fits in with the crowd , who is very brainy due to parents , most of the time wealthy call there child peter because it sounds 'classy'.

Me:"Have you seen that guy over there ? he's such a peter!"
Person:"yeah , he's so small!"
