To be heckled by a hobo or bum.

In a broader sense, to be asked for money or asked nonsensical questions by a hobo or bum.

"TrashBagGuy is trying to hobokle you. Don't answer him. He's crazy."

A bohemian hobo. A hobo who perhaps is on the streets by choice, or one who actually does something to earn your money, such as street performing, instead of just begging.
