A bohemian hobo. A hobo who perhaps is on the streets by choice, or one who actually does something to earn your money, such as street performing, instead of just begging.

To be ogled by a hobo or bum. Generally makes females who live in cities quite uncomfortable.

You're guaranteed a hobogle a day walking down North Avenue.

To be heckled by a hobo or bum.

In a broader sense, to be asked for money or asked nonsensical questions by a hobo or bum.

"TrashBagGuy is trying to hobokle you. Don't answer him. He's crazy."
