TYB is an acronym for 'Trap Yo Block' or 'Take Yo Block'. Used mainly by runners, cheifs, duffle bag boys, ballas, gangstas, and shottas. Basically meaning, I will take over your block, put your people to work for me, gain your customers, collect all the shmoney, and put you on the corner with a cardboard sign reading, 'I can make you holla for a dolla 😉'.
