Ponce

Ponce in spanish terms is an oversized sausage link, so they use it to describe someone who is fat and/or stocky in Spanish slang.

Hombre 1: YO holmes I'm getting fat
Hombre 2: Ohhh vato i guess i can start calling you ponce.
