A form of greeting which entails the use of the hand of the assailant to make contact with the victims genitalia. Often takes place instead of the conventional handshake, from a front on position. Depending on the sex of the victim it can be a grab(male) or a fingering(female).
He was a mess last night, he was giving out Wolverhampton handshakes to girls left,right and Centre!
