Mini-Boner. It's the action that takes place after a man gets a little excited after engaging with a woman. This type of boner is only known to the carrier and his friends that have predicted that he has one.

After Hassie accepted an invite to the prom by Jorge, we could tell by his smile that he most definately had an MB.
