1. An exaggerated expression of shock, hype, or disbelief when something totally unexpected happens. A modern cousin of “whoa” or “what”, but louder, spicier, and meme-ready.

2. Also the handle of an indie creator who carries the same unexpected energy in their work — unpredictable, hype, and always a little dramatic.
