(n) A Southern Californian who has moved to Arizona. Usually a self righteous, drunk, bigot, college kid who goes to an Arizona college (on daddy's money) because they couldn't get into USC or UCLA.
I.E. USC (or UCLA) overflow that resides in Arizona.

Todd is such a calzone.
