(Noun): A person pertaining to the profession of homosexual male prostitution, normally implying that the prostitute has a sexually transmitted disease. Typically these diseases only include gonarreah and facial and anal herpes. The anus of an ian is swollen due to the pounding received by his clients. He may bleed randomly and unexplicably out of his anus because of the large amount of burst blood vessels.
