When a victim is tied up, normaly on a rack, bed, chair or a special device made for tickling and the victim is tied on it with rope, chains and hand-cuffs, in a bondage method, and tickled mercilessly. Usually, the victim gets their feet scratched, scrubbed with brushes, tickled with feather etc, and pictures are taken, both still and moving.
