A Wumpus is a derogatory name for someone who makes an entry on Urban Dictionary for their name, praising them self in an egotistical manner, be it ironically or otherwise.

John: Pfft, look at that Wumpus over there.
Wumpus: nobody likes me because I'm annoying and unfunny
