1. A mean slogan meant for people that are fat, or mean. Something giving them a touch, and a little slogan those means guys at school sing to you during class, or lunch!

2. Smibe is another word for a sped, (Special Education) kid, that annoys you but you don't want to get shit for bullying a sped.

Heard this smibe? "You don't have to be lonely, and fatchicks only . com!"
