The act of topping a subject and then dropping that subject to not seem rich or like a fucking nerd.

Jen: hey guess what I just got 50/50 in my physics depth study
Wang: wait what thats amazing!
Jen: yeah but I just dropped
Wang: wtf why the fuck u do that? U just topped and dropped? wtf u like not rich or a fucking nerd or something?
