Ding-dong

A drink that restaurant servers share after a busy and stressful rush. Usually a small serving of a creamy stout like Guinness, drank quickly like a shot. It's purpose is to force the staff to take a step back from their tasks, meet up at the bar, take a quick drink and resume service with a clearer head and renewed comraderie.
