A term where calling a friend or stranger a retarded person, could also be used to say others dumb, stupid and useless, can also be used to call out or shout out for a only a really good friend or to challenge them.

-That guy who smokes weed is a valak.

-It's just a math question, why can't you do it stupid valak.
