A young adult (generally of the male variety) who expresses the feeling of being keen, whilst at the same time being reem.
Example 1
Guy in club: Hey look at German Phil with that girl. He's so kreem.
Girl in club: He was in the gym earlier getting reem, and now he looks keen.
