IDCVE
A decision-driven software development lifecycle model in which Intent, Decision, Creation, Validation, and Evolution are treated as sequential phases. Each phase produces a human-approved artifact before the next phase begins. Nothing moves forward without an explicit human decision gate. Coined as a complement to the Decide-Generate-Verify model — IDCVE governs what to build and why, while DGV governs how to build it correctly.
"We stopped reworking features every sprint when we adopted IDCVE — the Direction Packet approval gate alone eliminated half our misalignment meetings."
Cognitive Partner
Cognitive Partner (n.) — A human-AI relationship in which an LLM participates in sustained reasoning, holds context across a session, pushes back when thinking is wrong, and extends the cognitive capacity of the human — rather than simply executing instructions and returning output.

"I did not prompt my way to this framework — I built it with my cognitive partner. We went back and forth for hours, it pushed back when my thinking was wrong, and we arrived somewhere neither of us would have reached alone."
"Stop treating your LLM like a search engine. Use it as a cognitive partner and watch what happens to the depth of your thinking."
