When you have your appointment at the dentists office and the female (and/or perhaps male) assistant's breasts surround a side of your face whilst they lean forward.

Jon: "My dentists assistant was cold today, I could feel their nipples on my cheek."
Sam:"Guess you experienced a the dentits today."
