A penisgate is the event of an unwanted penis being pulled out of the trousers. If two people are making out, and the guy pulls out his penis but it is unwanted by the girl, it is a penisgate.

Vanessa: "Yeah so we were making out on the futon when he pulled out his penis..."

Jaquel: "Shit, penisgate?!"

Vanessa: "And then the next week, I was making out with another dude in a stairwell, and he did it too!"

Jaquel: "DAMN. PENISGATE: THE SEQUEL?!?"
