A person who excessively attempts to elicit laughter from others by belittling someone, as well as someone who mocks others for their interests/sexuality and considers those interests/sexuality to be weird and causes a scene. Usually a result of Daddy/Mommy issues. A specific genre of bullying.

People who think they're being scammed or hacked because of a visual technical issue.

John thought Bob was hacking him because his screen was taking forever to load over screenshare.
