Ćevap

A Croat phenomenon, which has divided the Balkans (arguably) more than WW2. Ćevape are short stubby minced sausages which are made best by Croat Babe (old ladies). Whether the plural form ends in an “i” or an “e” has torn apart nations, the question remains a thoroughly engaging mystery which many great minds have endeavoured to understand such as Pavelić, Tuđman & Francetić.
