A blend of hypochondriac and chopped. Someone who is abnormally anxious about their appearance, constantly imagining themselves to be unattractive or flawed when they are actually perfectly fine.

Don't be such a hypochopandriac, else u gotta be stressed about something that noone even gonna notice that minor facial asymmetry.
