The hair that grows on the back of a mans neck that grows below where it is usually "boxed off" when he needs a hair cut.

Red neck wings

when a guy goes a while without a hair cut and the back of it curls outward and protrudes from the bottoms of his earlobes like wings, almost a mini mullet. Often seen on red necks and white trash.

Barber: " How do you want your hair cut? "

guy: "Take some off the top and sides, and make sure to cut off the red neck wings in the back"

South side rig 

A ratty ass car (usually a "77 to "92 model Camaro or Firebird- Occasionally a late "70's to mid "80's Chevy Monte carlo or Olds Cutlass) that is jacked up in the back, wide 1970's 0r 80's chrome 15x12 inch wheels on the back, has a c.b. antanna, Multiple colors of spray can primer, loud pipes, a Metallica sticker, and usually at least one confederate flag some where on the car.
