A meme started on the Halo: Reach forums. When you zoom in on one of the arms of Kat from the Halo Reach logo, you see the letters "UNSC" with bolts making up the eyes, some metal that makes up the mouth, and after cut out, arms and legs.

Example: "We love OONSK!" pictures.
