A rather scathing insult, especially when spoken with a thick Boston accent. It describes any guy who would otherwise be called dirtbag, scum, or the infamous "That Guy".
So I'm bangin' this chick, yeah? And get this; her boyfriend comes in and let me tell you, what a fackin' spoonge, eh?
