Often used when describing something amazing that just happened that causes you to lose all control of your body leading you to do things that you usually would not do.

After eating my shaved ice at the state fair I had a Shmoegasm right in the middle of the street. , I love the feeling when i buy a new dog and I get that Shmoegasm feeling
