Bupertun

A word to describe anything that is cool or great in this world. But this type of cool is far greater than even what the cool side of the pillow has to offer. Can be used for virtually anything but especially people. People named Angelica.

Wow. Have you met Angelica? She is incredibly bupertun. If only she was on the oter side of my pillow...
