A person without a proper name. Most likely to occur because 'edgy parents' use the naming of their child to prove how 'cool' and 'not tied down by social norms' they are.

Pronounced: Tiz-Are-Nay

Mum- "What's the matter Treacle? Was school ok?"
Treacle- "Everyone has been making fun of my plainly ridiculous name. Why did you have to make me a tizane?!"
