The chinaman's dilemma is wether or not it would be wise to capture and consume all of the shrimp in the world if one was able to. The dilemma is between the choice of instant and immense gratification (eating all the shrimp) or factoring in the long run and sustaining the shrimp population, resulting in eating less shrimp but for a longer time.
I have this whole pizza all to myself and I can eat it all tonight or save some for tomorrow. This is a real chinamans dilemma.
