The process of Spewing and POOing at the same time. The spew component usually between one's legs while on the toilet after a big night.

Sometimes the poo smells so bad that the spew is induced.

cotton monkey

A small piece of cotton from your boxer shorts that becomes tangled in your sweaty arse hairs and swings around like a monkey in the jungle. Usually found after sport or other strenuous activities. The cheeky buggers often interfere with arse wiping after ones shit.

Thommo had found some mean cotton monkeys when he wiped his arse.
