Being a "Louis" is essentially talking about yourself too much, or constantly changing the conversation to only things you want to talk about. Typically in a negative light, like if someone says they've taken up a hobby the Louis would cut in and say "Oh, I hate that.". What a Louis!

"Recently I've taken up baking!"

"I did that too, I hated it."
