To engange in any sexual manner in which there is the male(not applicable to women)that dumps a load on,into or near a poomp.(n/a to homosexual males)
masturbation, sex, sex with guys(no poomp), or pretty much anything else. jeekin the poomp is how its said and the poomp only applicable if there is a female in the presense.
